II. Operating Process

V. Application

Widely used in various fields of pad printing, such as high-precision and fine printing in membrane switches, computer keyboards, mobile phone precision electronics, plastic industry, ceramic industry, lens windows, cold light sheets (EL), liquid crystal displays (LCD) and other industries.

VI. Power Part Preparation
  1. Power Supply: The workshop should prepare 220V power supply, which should be protected by a 60A air switch. The machine is equipped with its own power cord.
  2. Air Source: The air consumption of this equipment is 0.35 L/min. The air inlet end of the machine is equipped with an oil-water separator, and the interface pipe diameter is ∮10 air pipe. External compressed air can be directly connected.
VII. Instructions for Mechanical Installation
  1. After the equipment arrives at the workplace, please check carefully whether it is damaged during transportation and unpacking (packaging).
  2. After the equipment arrives at the production workshop and is positioned, adjust the four foot screws at the bottom of the machine to keep the equipment in a horizontal state and achieve the ideal position and level.
  3. Confirm whether the power supply and air source of the workshop are in good condition. If there is no doubt, connect the power supply to the equipment. Note: The neutral line is N, which cannot be connected with any other power lines. After the connection is completed, first check whether the voltage frequency is consistent with the requirements of the equipment.
  4. Air Source Connection: Connect the external air source to the oil-water filter of the equipment, then rotate the regulator to make the air pressure reach 4.0~6.0 Mpa. Correct operation: Pull the adjustment knob upward, turn clockwise to increase the air pressure, and counterclockwise to decrease the air pressure. Note: Be sure to pull it up; otherwise, it is easy to be damaged.
  5. Check whether all power supplies and air sources are normal.
  6. If no abnormality is found in the power supply and air source inspection, wipe the equipment clean and add corresponding lubricating oil to the equipment guide rails and places with frequent active movements.
  7. Enter the test run state and turn on the power supply.
VIII. Matters Needing Attention
  1. When connecting the power supply, first check the main circuit. After the machine is connected to the power supply, verify whether the switch is normal and whether the live wire and neutral wire are correctly connected.
  2. If any abnormal situation is found, stop the machine in time for inspection.
  3. If there is any abnormality during the printing process or the material is not placed properly, press the emergency stop switch.
IX. Maintenance
1. Daily Maintenance
1.1 Air Compressor

Moisture with water in the air duct is easy to reduce the service life of air compressor components. Although the air inlet of the machine is equipped with an air pressure proportional valve to filter water, if the place where the air compressor is placed is humid, a lot of water vapor will enter the air pressure components during the operation of the air compressor. In this case, it is necessary to install a freeze dryer to completely remove the moisture in the air, or frequently discharge the water in the filter cup and the water vapor in the air compressor air storage tank.

1.2 Air Pressure Proportional Valve
  1. The air pressure should always be maintained between 5-7Kg/C㎡.
  2. The medium oil filter cup has an automatic drainage function. If the filter cup stores too much water, the water in the cup can be drained manually.
1.3 Lubrication
  • Class A Grease: Used for air pressure conditioning group. (1) Circulating oil for (R68#) air pressure conditioning group.
  • Class B Grease: Various greases used for lubrication of bearings and linear guide rails. Note: Where a grease nozzle is installed on the machine table, grease should be replenished every 3 to 6 months to ensure the lubrication effect.
  • Class C Grease: Special lubricating oil for gear reducers. 1. Medium oil machine press 680# oil; 2. ARLA 680# oil; 3. ESSO 680# oil; 4. BP680# oil; 5. MOBIL 636# oil.
1.4 Others
  • When stopping work, please turn off the main power supply of the machine and the air source of the air compressor; safety first.
  • Try to avoid collision between the speed control valve, cylinder and the shaft of each part.
  • Linear guide rails are precision components and must be frequently wiped clean, oiled and filled with grease to prevent rust from affecting accuracy.
  • Volatile items such as solvents and inks should not be placed above the machine table when in use. Do not use too much solvent to wipe the machine body paint and control panel, because the solvent may damage the paint, cause corrosion of the machine body, or damage the switch and power supply, resulting in functional damage.
2. Regular Maintenance
2.1 Weekly Maintenance
  • Wipe the waste oil next to the silencer tube in the machine body.
  • Discharge the waste water in the filter cup: The filter cup has an automatic drainage function. If the filter cup stores too much water, the water vapor in the cup can also be discharged manually.
  • Replenish the oil quantity of the oil cup: When the oil quantity is insufficient, please replenish fresh oil immediately and check whether the oil dropping frequency is correct. (Oil specification: special air pressure lubricating oil R32#) ★ Note: Please use the specified oil to avoid using thick oil, which may cause blockage of air pressure components.
  • Lubricate all blackened iron parts: Wipe with oil-soaked cloth, leaving a layer of oil film on the surface to prevent oxidation and rust. (Especially after wiping with solvent)
  • Wipe off the dust on the surface of the machine table: To prevent printing pollution, gently wipe with cloth dipped in water, alcohol, degreaser and other light solvents; do not wipe the parts with lubricating oil.
2.2 Quarterly Maintenance
  • Lubricate each guide rail/slider/bearing/shaft: Inject fresh grease into the guide rail/slider/bearing/shaft of the machine body with a grease gun.
  • Remove waste grease: Wipe off the waste grease squeezed out from the above lubrication points; it is sufficient to roughly remove it, no need to wipe it clean.
