Semi-automatic heat transfer printing on cups is realized by manually loading cups, automatic positioning and in-place detection by the machine, automatic film positioning, and activation via start button.
Only one operator is required, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces labor cost.
360° heat transfer printing on the outer surface of cups.
Max printing area: adjustable up to Height 200 mm * Diameter 250 mm.

| Mechanical Protection | Designed and manufactured in accordance with national and industrial standards to prevent accidents caused by misoperation. Reliable protective devices are installed at dangerous parts (mechanical engagement, rotation, moving parts), with obvious warning labels and instructions. Motor rotation direction is clearly marked; exposed transmission parts are protected by covers. Protective structures are installed for moving parts within 2 meters. Safety baffles are made of transparent PC board with thickness ≥ 3mm. | With labels; rotating parts (chains, etc.) are not exposed and equipped with protective covers; safety guards installed around all moving parts. |
| Electrical Wiring | Electrical system complies with national safety standards, equipped with independent control cabinet. Inlet power adopts standard connection (3-phase 5-wire or 1-phase 3-wire). Main power switch matches actual power consumption. Effective earthing and leakage protection with clear marking. Strong and weak currents are separated; all wiring is fully enclosed. | On-site operation and function inspection. |
| Environmental Requirements | Noise, wastewater, exhaust gas, and solid waste discharge meet national and industrial standards. | In accordance with national and industrial standards; noise ≤ 60 dB (measured at 1–1.5 meters from the source). |
| Marking & Instructions | Necessary safety warning labels and operation guidelines are posted. Wiring in control cabinet is clearly marked with professional printed cable markers. Piping and wiring are standardized in color and layout with clear text labels and flow direction indicators. Valves are marked as normally open/closed. Instruments comply with standards, with color zones (red: danger, yellow: abnormal, green: normal). High-voltage capacitor area is marked with “Discharge before maintenance" warning. | In accordance with national and industrial standards. |
| Key Components | Installed in collision-resistant positions. | Kept away from all moving mechanisms. |

After signing the formal commercial contract, the buyer will be notified by email or phone when the machine starts assembly.
The buyer may send technicians to our factory for on-site learning of assembly, operation, maintenance, and servicing.
We will fully answer all questions and ensure the buyer’s personnel can independently operate and maintain the machine.
On-site training is conducted before the machine is put into production.
After the machine is delivered to the buyer’s factory, our technicians will arrive at the agreed time for installation and commissioning.
During commissioning, the buyer’s production, technical, and management personnel may ask any questions about the machine.
Training continues until operators can independently run the machine and solve basic commissioning issues.
Both parties will sign the Equipment Operation & Maintenance Training Record upon completion.
Payment Terms
50% deposit upon order placement; balance paid in full after inspection and acceptance at our factory.
The ownership of the machine remains with the supplier until full payment is received.
Lead Time
Shipment within 20–25 working days after receiving the deposit (excluding legal holidays).
