Mechanical Installation Instructions
  1. After the equipment arrives, please carefully inspect it for any damage incurred during transportation and unpacking.
  2. Once the equipment is positioned in the production workshop, adjust the four foot screws at the bottom of the machine to level the machine and achieve the ideal position and horizontality.
  3. Confirm that the power supply and air supply in the workshop are appropriate. If no problems are found, connect the power supply to the equipment.

Note: The neutral wire is marked —— N and must not be connected to any other power wires. After connection, check that the voltage and frequency match the equipment requirements.

  4. Air supply connection: Connect the external air supply to the air oil-water separator. Adjust the regulator to set the air pressure to 4.0–6.0 bar.

Correct operation: Pull up the adjustment knob first. Turn clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease pressure.

Note: The knob must be pulled up; failure to do so may cause damage.

  5. Verify that all power and air supply connections are correct.
  6. After confirming no abnormalities in power and air supply, clean the equipment and apply appropriate lubricating oil to guide rails and frequently moving parts.
  7. Enter the test-run state and turn on the power.

Precautions
  1. When connecting power, first inspect the main circuit. After wiring, verify that the switches function normally and that the live and neutral wires are correctly connected.
  2. If any abnormality is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
  3. Press the emergency stop button if abnormalities occur during printing or if materials are improperly placed.

Maintenance
1. Air Compressor

Moisture in the air pipe will shorten the service life of air compressor components. Although an air pressure proportional valve is installed at the air inlet to filter moisture, in humid environments, a large amount of water vapor may still enter the pneumatic components.

In such cases, install a refrigerated air dryer to completely remove moisture, or frequently drain water from the filter cup and air compressor storage tank.

2. Air Pressure Proportional Valve

(1) Maintain air pressure between 5–7 kg/cm² at all times.

(2) The middle oil filter cup has an automatic drainage function. If excessive water accumulates, drain it manually.

3. Lubrication
  • Type A Grease: For pneumatic control units
    • R68# circulating oil for pneumatic control units
  • Type B Grease: For bearings and linear guide rails (various greases)

Note: Replenish grease at grease nipples every 3–6 months to ensure proper lubrication.

  • Type C Grease: Special lubricating oil for gear reducers
    1. Medium oil 680#
    2. ARLA 680#
    3. ESSO 680#
    4. BP 680#
    5. MOBIL 636#
4. Other Maintenance
  • Turn off the main power and air compressor when the machine is not in use. Safety first.
  • Avoid collision with speed control valves, cylinders, and shafts.
  • Linear guide rails are precision components; keep them clean, lubricated, and greased to prevent rust and accuracy loss.
  • Do not place solvents, inks, or other volatile substances on the machine.

Do not use excessive solvent to clean the paint or control panel, as solvents may damage the paint, cause rust, or damage switches and electrical parts.

Regular Maintenance
Weekly
  • Clean waste oil beside the silencer tube inside the machine.
  • Drain waste water from the filter cup (manual drainage available if automatic is insufficient).
  • Replenish oil in the oil cup with R32 pneumatic lubricating oil; check the oil drip rate.

★ Use only specified oil; avoid thick oil to prevent clogging.

  • Lubricate all black iron parts to form a protective oil film.
  • Wipe dust off the machine surface to avoid contamination; do not wipe lubricated areas.
Quarterly
  • Lubricate guide rails, sliders, bearings, and shafts with a grease gun.
  • Clean excess old grease from lubrication points.
