This model is a 4-color automatic servo screen printing machine, suitable for cylindrical, square and special-shaped products. For printing ink, you can choose high-temperature ordinary ink, UV ink and LED ink.

It adopts high-precision servo turntable or splitter transmission and a full servo control system. The fixture is driven by servo rotation, and the pre-positioning and printing position are controlled by servo data. There is no need for gears when printing bottles of different shapes. You can choose a visual positioning system and a mechanical positioning structure, which features fast printing speed, stable and reliable quality, and convenient and quick debugging.

2. German BECKHOFF machine controller.
3. ABB servo or Inovance servo.
4. High-precision servo turntable (GOIZPER) drive or splitter drive.
5. The three axes of the printing mechanism are composed of servo motors combined with ball screws.
6. The ink scraping and ink returning mechanism consists of precision sliders and screws. (More stable operation)
7. The 12-axis tube seat is operated under the control of an absolute value servo motor.
8. The main drive is controlled by bus-type servo.
9. The product loading and unloading mechanism is driven by servo, ensuring more stable and accurate operation.
10. The ball screws and guide rails of this machine all adopt the Japanese THK brand, featuring higher precision and longer service life.
11. Pneumatic components are SMC and AirTAC. This machine can be equipped with an independent vacuum system to ensure independent vacuum degree for products that need vacuum suction.

It is composed of a servo curved surface screen printing machine, a rotating disc workbench (with splitter), an automatic loading and unloading manipulator and a conveying mechanism.

1. Operators place the products on the conveyor belt.
2. The feeding manipulator grabs the bottles from the feeding conveyor belt, automatically flips them 90 degrees, and puts them into the screen printing fixtures.
3. The screen printing fixtures adopt full front and rear clamping to ensure accurate positioning, without shaking or displacement during the screen printing process.
4. The turntable drive mainly adopts the Spanish GOIZPER high-precision servo turntable, which not only achieves precise indexing but also distributes the movement sequence of each mechanism, making the machine operate more efficiently and safely.
5. During the screen printing process, the lateral speed of the screen printing plate matches the circular movement speed of the bottle to ensure that the screen printing pattern has no stretching or shrinkage.
6. For bottles of different diameter series, parameters can be directly input.
7. Before the screen printing station, surface treatment is performed by high-pressure electrostatic dust removal with a dust suction system to ensure the stability of printing quality and reduce printing defects caused by dust.
8. Both the screen printing mechanism and the printing knife mechanism are driven by precision cylinders to ensure printing quality.
9. UV or LED system is optional.
10. Operators manually place products on the feeding conveyor belt; the manipulator clamps the products into the fixture; the turntable rotates, followed by electrostatic treatment, flame treatment, printing, LED or UV surface drying of ink (repeated 4 times for 4-color printing); finally, the manipulator takes the products and places them on the blanking conveyor belt, and operators take them out manually from the conveyor belt.
