The equipment consists of a servo curved screen printing machine with a divider rotating disc worktable, an automatic loading and unloading robotic arm, and a conveying mechanism. It is used for screen printing on circular, square, and product shell surfaces, and operates in fully automatic mode, reducing manual intervention.

1. The operator places the product on the conveyor belt tube with a positioning groove (simple operation, low manual proficiency requirement).
2. The feeding robot grabs the product from the feeding conveyor belt and places it into the screen printing fixture accurately.
3. The silk screen fixture adopts full front and rear clamping to ensure accurate positioning, preventing shaking or shifting during the silk screen process.
4. The rotary drive mainly adopts a servo rotary table, which distributes the motion timing of each mechanism while achieving accurate division, making the machine run more efficiently and safely.
5. During the screen printing process, the horizontal speed of the screen printing plate is perfectly matched with the movement speed of the product, ensuring that the screen printing pattern is not stretched or shrunk, and the pattern is clear and consistent.
6. Before the screen printing station, the product surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic dust removal, and equipped with a vacuum system to ensure stable printing quality and reduce printing defects caused by dust.
7. Both the screen printing mechanism and the printing knife mechanism are driven by precision cylinders to ensure uniform printing pressure and stable printing quality; the device's new pre-positioning mechanism (with added photoelectric sensors) controls the pre-positioning motor, reducing the misalignment between the product shell and the fixture caused by pre-positioning impact, and improving color matching accuracy.
8. Equipped with an electric heating system to meet the drying needs of different inks.
9. Full-process flow: Manually place the product on the feeding conveyor belt → robotic arm clamps it into the fixture → turntable rotation → electrostatic treatment → flame treatment → printing → LED curing → robotic arm takes the product to the unloading conveyor belt → manually take the product from the conveyor belt and place it in a high-temperature furnace for high-temperature treatment.
