Three Station Linear Full Servo Screen Printing Machine For Glass Perfume Bottles

This model is a three-station linear full servo screen printing machine, specially designed for printing on glass bottles, plastic bottles and other cylindrical products. Workpieces are manually loaded onto the conveyor belt, with 90° automatic feeding, electrostatic dust removal, servo-driven printing, and 90° automatic unloading. It features high printing speed, stable and reliable quality, and convenient, fast debugging.

The workpiece is manually placed on the feeding conveyor. The feeding conveyor transfers the product at a 90° angle to the robot arm clamping position. The robot arm grips the product and transfers it to the positioning station via servo drive for automatic clamping. The servo system drives the fixture positioning mechanism for accurate positioning. The robot arm then automatically transfers the workpiece to the printing station, where the servo-driven screen assembly completes printing.

The unloading robot arm grips the workpiece and transfers it to the unloading conveyor via servo drive for discharge. The robot arm is driven by servo motors and cylinders. All machine parameters can be adjusted at any time via the touch screen during operation, and the machine status can bemonitored online.
