1. The operator pours the product into the vibrating tray for automatic feeding (the vibrating tray is used for packaging).
2. Equipped with a product direction detection system with automatic product turning function to ensure correct printing orientation.
3. The robotic arm push rod automatically pushes the product onto the fixture rod, reducing manual operation and improving efficiency.
4. Adopt dual positioning structure: mechanical pre-positioning (1) and printing positioning (2), achieving high-precision positioning effect.
5. The rotary drive mainly uses a combination of dividers and encoders, which can accurately divide and allocate the motion timing of each mechanism, making the machine run more stably, efficiently and safely.
