This single-station linear full-servo screen printing machine is specially designed for round glass bottles and plastic bottles. It features automatic feeding, electrostatic dust removal, servo printing, LED curing and automatic unloading after manual product placement on the conveyor belt. With fast printing speed, stable and reliable quality, and convenient and fast debugging, it is an ideal choice for round product printing.

Equipment Operation Principle

First, manually place the workpieces on the feeding conveyor belt, which transports them to the bottle clamping position of the manipulator. The manipulator clamps the printed products, indexes them, and transports them to the positioning station via servo drive for automatic clamping. The servo system drives the tooling positioning system for positioning and flame treatment. Then the manipulator automatically transfers the workpieces to the printing station, where the servo-driven screen device moves to complete printing and LED curing. Finally, the unloading manipulator clamps the workpieces and transports them to the unloading conveyor belt via servo drive for unloading.

The manipulator is composed of servo motors, cylinders and other components. During the operation of the equipment, the relevant parameters of the machine can be changed at any time through the touch screen, and the working status of the machine can also be monitored online. Convenient and fast debugging ensures efficient production.
