This single-station linear full servo screen printing machine is specially designed for round glass bottles and plastic bottles. It realizes automatic feeding, electrostatic dust removal, servo printing, LED curing and automatic unloading after manual placement of products on the conveyor belt. Featured with fast printing speed, stable and reliable quality, as well as convenient and fast debugging, it is an ideal choice for round product printing.

First, manually place the workpieces on the feeding conveyor belt, which transports them to the bottle clamping position of the manipulator. The manipulator clamps the printing products, rotates and transfers them to the positioning station via servo drive for automatic clamping. The servo system drives the tooling positioning system to realize precise positioning, and then the manipulator automatically transfers the workpieces to the printing station. The servo-driven screen device moves to complete printing, followed by LED curing. The unloading manipulator clamps the workpieces and transfers them to the unloading conveyor belt via servo drive for unloading.

The manipulator is composed of servo motors, cylinders and other components. During the operation of the equipment, relevant parameters of the machine can be changed at any time through the touch screen, and the working status of the machine can also be monitored online.
